WHAT: Breakfast in the Gardens – An open house for the community; gardeners bring pot-luck items. SV Sunrise would provide small food samples prepared on site during the event.
WHY: SV Sunrise (and SV West) have supported the garden by building garden boxes and installing a Peace Pole. We should showcase these for public image and to highlight our Rotary focus areas.
HOW: Sunrise Rotary prepares/serves grilled quesadilla samples on site, with chiles from the garden and as donated. Hank and Peter will provide ingredients (tortillas, cheese, extra chiles). Request club provide supplies (canopy, signs, table, chairs for servers, literature, etc.) And volunteers to help set up, grill, serve, etc.
